Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they get the most value from Hosh ERP. If you are passionate about helping businesses succeed, building long-term relationships, and ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way, this role is for you.

Tasks:

  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to Hosh ERP with clear guidance and hands-on support.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to help them maximize ERP benefits.
  • Monitor customer engagement and system adoption, proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ERP features to help customers grow.
  • Work closely with support, implementation, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop customer success strategies to improve retention and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or ERP consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and how they drive business efficiency.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset, ensuring businesses feel supported at all times.
  • Passion for helping businesses achieve operational excellence through ERP solutions.
