Tasks:

Work closely with customers to analyze their business workflows and recommend the best ERP solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize Hosh ERP to align with client needs.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure smooth implementation.
Lead ERP go-live activities, ensuring a seamless transition for businesses.
Provide training and post-implementation support to help customers adapt to the system.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionalities based on client feedback.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or software consulting.
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, sales, inventory, etc.).
Experience working with ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Ability to train and support end-users and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.
