ERP Trainer

We are looking for an ERP Trainer who will educate and empower customers to make the most of Hosh ERP. In this role, you will develop training materials, conduct live sessions, and provide ongoing guidance, ensuring that businesses experience the full benefits of our platform.

Tasks:

Conduct training workshops (virtual and in-person) to onboard new customers.
Develop user-friendly guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to support learning.
Assist customers with functional queries and system navigation.
Create interactive learning modules to make ERP training engaging and accessible.
Gather feedback from users and continuously improve training materials.
Work closely with support and implementation teams to enhance customer education.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in ERP training, corporate training, or business software education.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP functionalities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand training.
