ERP Support Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance. In this role, you will help businesses resolve technical and functional issues, troubleshoot challenges, and provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.

Tasks:

Provide responsive and professional technical support via email, chat, and phone.
Diagnose and resolve functional and system-related issues.
Work with developers to identify, report, and fix bugs or feature requests.
Maintain a knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Assist with ERP updates, patches, and configuration enhancements.
Collaborate with ERP Trainers and Implementation Consultants to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in ERP support, technical helpdesk, or customer service.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with ERP systems and business operations (finance, HR, inventory, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize support requests efficiently.
